The application process
Congratulations! You are invited for an interview. Now what? We maintain close and continuous contact with you at every stage of the application process. Our application process consists of the following steps:
Looking for candidates
We publish a vacancy on our website and various other relevant websites and platforms such as LinkedIn and we also actively search for candidates in our database. We look for the best match between the vacancy and the candidate based on things such as experience and qualifications.
Application
Once you have applied for a vacancy, our recruiters will determine whether you are suitable for the position or not. If you are suitable, you will form a talent pool for a vacancy together with the other interesting candidates. If suitable, you will be invited for an interview with one of our recruiters.
Assessment
You will be asked to complete an online assessment prior to the interview. This assessment gives us insight into your talent and suitability for the position and indicates where you might still be able to develop.
Interview
Based on the interview and the assessment, we determine whether you are the most suitable candidate for this position. Are you the one? And do you also want to continue in this recruitment process? Then we introduce you to the client.
Introduction to company
When the company has also shown interest in the profile we set up about you, we will invite you for an interview with the company.
Hiring
If the interview was successful on both sides, the company will make you an offer. Now you can start your new work challenge!

Assessment
Het online assessment dat we gebruiken is de 16pf vragenlijst, waarbij 16pf staat voor 16 persoonlijkheidsfactoren.
Door onze persoonlijke benadering en het betrouwbare online assessment zorgen we voor een compleet en vakkundig beeld van u.
Persoonlijk gesprek
We starten met een persoonlijk gesprek. Daarin onderzoeken en bespreken we uw vaardigheden en competenties. Ook worden de resultaten van het online assessment samen doorgenomen en de diploma’s gecontroleerd.
Introductie
Tijdens de introductie nemen we een interview af en bespreken we ook de resultaten van het 16pf assessment. Daardoor hebben we een compleet beeld van de kandidaat in zowel professionele als persoonlijke context. De meest geschikte kandidaten wordt geïntroduceerd bij de opdrachtgever.
Evaluatie
Van begin tot eind zijn we persoonlijk betrokken bij u en de nieuwe job. We begeleiden u van sollicitatie tot de aanstelling bij het bedrijf. Ook hebben we na de aanstelling regelmatig contact. Het is voor ons en voor u essentieel dat u op uw plek zit. Persoonlijk, betrokken en deskundig, dat is wat wij zijn!
